RATES

• Rentals are generally by the week, but, if available, this house can be rented on daily basis; minimum three days.
• Check in at 2:00 PM.
• Check out at noon.
• Price includes daily maid service and pool maintenance.
• Cook available at reasonable rates.
• Washer and dryer on premises, but laundry service is available if you like the maid to do it, also at very reasonable prices.
• All prices are set for groups of eight to 12; for more or less, ask for the rate.
• Maximum occupancy is 16 people.

• 50% deposit when booking.
• 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
• $500 fully refundable security deposit.
