he fishing is outstanding right outside the beautiful bay where Los Sueños sits. You can raise a dozen saila in a day and a couple of marlin between December and May. Blue, black and striped malrin as well as sails are plentiful in these waters - ideal for a grand slam billfish. Wahoo, yellowfin and dorado are also found frequently. Inshore you can fight roosterfish and find cubera snappers and snook.

Location location location is the key to Los Sueños unequalled fishing opportunities. The best fishing fleet in Central America is harbored here. The central Pacific location also allows access to the key fishing spots in costa Rica. Great fishing can be found 15 to 25 miles directly in front of Los Sueños bay ( Herradura Bay ) but if the fish are running further South towards Quepos or North towards Guanamar there is access to both from here.
