A beautiful villa located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean just  20 minutes from the Daniel Oduber International Airport (Liberia Airport). Can accommodate large groups up to 38 guests, great for special events, weddings, anniversaries, all kind of family or business celebrations. This Villa /Resort is a 16 bedroom mansion that is laid out as 5 separate quarters which allow each group to maintain a certain level of privacy. The Area:

Located in an exclusive hillside community of luxury homes and fine hotels located on the NW coast of Costa Rica, just a half hour drive from the International airport outside of Liberia.

Sea and sky escapes are spectacular. Enjoy beach front or hilltop dining, with menus offering a wide range of foods for all tastes, including some exotic fruits and vegetables you may not have ever enjoyed before.

The villa is set high into the cliff, yet it's only a 2 MINUTES walk to the beach. The beach is one-third mile long, with splashes of volcanic rock along the tide line. There's lots of tiny marine life to see in the tide pools, which form with the ebb and flow of the tide.

Amenities:

Very large ocean view pool with cascade, Jacuzzi, wet bar, sun deck, Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, Football Table, Ping-Pong Table and Water Volleyball.  There are 2 Televisions and they have cable and satellite.  There is a Karaoke machine as well as a DVD player. Also at your service  the villa staff: Dining & Bar, Kitchen Services, Housekeeping, Security, Driver, Maintenance and Manager.

Activities:

• This beach is ideal for swimming and sports such as beach volleyball.
• At anchor in the bay are sport-fishing boats, ready to take the adventurous out to hook a marlin or sail fish.
• Snorkeling, Scuba diving,sailing, and land excursions (Treetop Canopy Tour, Boat Tours, Golf, Volcano Tours, etc) may also be arranged by your hosts at the Villa.
• During your stay, take a stroll around. There are many resident monkeys in the trees to spot, plus a myriad of tropical birds and other wildlife to encounter.
• Also, nearby boasts the only day spa in the area, which offers a host of pampering services you're sure to enjoy.
• You can  have a 3 km car or taxi ride into Coco beach a quaint Costa Rican fishing village that currently is home to an ever-increasing number of foreigners from around the globe, making it very electric & cosmopolitan. Grocery stores, casinos, discos, bars, and a variety of restaurants with foreign flavors from Italy, Mexico and the US, as well as the fresh seafood landed daily by local fishermen.

A:  Rooms are located on the first floor. Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas.

Room # 1 has 1 King Bed and a Private bath.

Room # 2 has a King Bed and a Private bath 

B:  Rooms are located on the first floor. Handicap accessible to the pool, deck, lower rooms and two entertainment areas.

Room # 3 has a King Bed and a Private bath

Room # 4 has a King Bed and a Private bath

C:  Rooms are located on the second floor and share a balcony.

Room # 5 has a King Bed and a Private bath and adjoins room # 6 (Great for parents that have small children) (Ocean View)

Room # 6 has a King Bed and a Private bath connects with room #5 (No view)

Room # 7 has a King Bed and a Private bath (Ocean View)

D:  Rooms #8 & 9 are located on the second floor and face the rock wall on the mountainside of the Villa.  Great for late sleepers as they are in the quietest area of the villa.

Room # 8 has a Queen Bed and a Private bath

Room # 9 has Queen Bed and a Private bath

E:  Rooms are located on the second floor and have ocean views and individual balconies

Room # 10 has a King Bed and a Private bath

Room # 11 has a King Bed and a Private bath as well as a Jacuzzi Tub

Room # 12 has a King Bed and a Private bath as well as a Jacuzzi Tub

F:  Rooms are located on the second floor and have connecting balcony.

Room # 13 has a King Bed and a Private bath and can connect with # 14.  (View overlooks the rock wall on the mountainside)

Room # 14 has a King Bed plus a Queen Bed and a Private bath (Overlooks the pool)

Room # 15 has a King Bed plus a Queen Bed and a Private bath (Overlooks the pool)

Room # 16 has a King Bed plus a Queen Bed and a Private bath (Overlooks the pool and ocean view)

Rates and Reservations

Rates based on all-inclusive per person, per night and double occupancy. Rates include: accommodations, full staff, all meals, snacks/appetizers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (open bar). Rates DO NOT include air fare or exit tax.

An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival at the Villa. If your desired travel date is more than 9 months away, an initial deposit of 25% will hold your reservation.

Refund Policy:

• Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by Properties in Costa Rica less than  60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit.  This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking of the Villa, and must be used within the next 18 months.
• Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by Properties in Costa Rica more than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit or 75% of the deposit will be refunded by check or wire.
