Monkeys, tropical birds, sloths and iguanas are seen regularly. One iguana lives at the top of the stairs as you walk down to your apartment.

The condominium complex is in an ideal location at the highest point in the town of Manual Antonio. Short walk to shops, several restaurants, spa center, food market and less than 2 km walk to two different beaches.

This unit has 2 bedrooms both with spectacular views of the Pacific from the terraces. All rooms have overhead fans.  Sleep up to 6 people. Downstairs sleeps 4 with 2 queen size beds, full NEW kitchen/living room, bath, and large terrace with hammock. Upstairs has one bedroom (one queen), bath and large terrace with hammock overlooking the rainforest and the Pacific. An outdoor staircase joins the up and downstairs making the unit like two separate apartments. Both upstairs and downstairs have a big terraces with hammocks.  The view is the best in manuel antonio!

The condominium complex has a pool, restaurant and breakfast bar poolside all available for the use of renters.  Occupants must be able to handle flights of stairs and this may be difficult for young children.
